- Q: Is the Upgrade Bonus still available?

- What is this program about?
- This is an official Charger 2 upgrade program launched alongside the new product release. As a reward for existing Charger 1 owners, eligible users can purchase one Charger 2 (main unit only, without a DC input cable) at a special upgrade price.
- Q: What’s the difference between the upgraded Charger 2 and the Charger 2 full kit?
- A: The upgraded Charger 2 package does not include the Car Battery Cables and the 75A Fuse. All other standard accessories (MC4 Input, MC4 Output, Solar Charging Cable, and Bidirectional cable for P090D port) are included.
- Q: Where can I find my serial number (SN)?
- A: The easiest way is to check the app if you’ve previously linked your Charger 1. If not, look for the QR code sticker on the Charger 1 unit—the SN is printed directly below the QR code. You can also scan the QR code, and the SN should appear.
- Q: Why is my SN not working?
- A: Please add CHARGER before your SN, with no space in between (e.g., CHARGER112345678...).
- Is there a purchase limit?

1. Each eligible Charger 1 serial number can be used to purchase 1 unit of Charger 2 only
2. Upgrade eligibility is non-transferable

- I bought my Charger 1 from another channel. Can I still join?

If you purchased your Charger 1 from another authorized sales channel and cannot complete verification on the website, please contact our customer support for manual verification.

- Why doesn’t the Charger 2 in this program include a DC input cable?

The Charger 2 uses the same 6 AWG DC cable specification as the Charger 1, allowing for a seamless upgrade.
If you already own a Charger 1, you can simply use the existing DC cable to connect to your Charger 2, with no rewiring or additional cable purchase required.
Please note that the Charger 2 offered under this upgrade program is provided as a main-unit-only version and does not include a DC input cable or fuse.
- Does the Charger 2 come with a warranty?

The Charger 2 purchased through this upgrade program comes with the same official warranty as products purchased through other authorized BLUETTI sales channels.

- What should I do if my serial number cannot be verified?

Please double-check that the serial number you entered is correct and has not already been used.
