2. Promotion Period: From September 1, 2026, to September 23, 2026 (AEST).
3. Eligibility & Gifts:
• Golden VIP Badge: Exclusive to logged-in Golden VIP members who place a qualifying purchase. Limited to 2,500 units. Strictly limited to 1 badge per eligible Golden VIP member/account, regardless of the number of qualifying orders placed during the promotion period.
• 6th Anniversary Fridge Magnet: Available to all website users who place a qualifying purchase. Limited to 1,000 units. Strictly limited to 1 fridge magnet per eligible user/account, regardless of the number of qualifying orders placed during the promotion period.
4. Qualifying Purchase Definition: A purchase is valid if the final actual paid amount is greater than A$0 (via cash payment or points + cash payment). Orders paid entirely with points, orders with a A$0 paid amount, canceled orders, or fully refunded orders are excluded.
5. Non-Transferable & Single Gift Per User: All anniversary gifts are special promotional items only. Each eligible user or account is restricted to receiving a maximum of 1 badge and 1 fridge magnet across all placed orders. Multiple orders from the same user/account will NOT receive duplicate gifts. Gifts cannot be purchased separately, redeemed via points, transferred, exchanged for other products, or redeemed for cash. First-come, first-served while supplies last. No cash compensation will be provided if stock runs out.
6. Delivery Schedule:
• Golden VIP Badge: Qualifying September orders are estimated to ship in mid-October. If stock arrival is delayed, dispatch will be postponed to mid-October. Subsequent months will follow the Member Day order fulfillment schedule.
• 6th Anniversary Fridge Magnet: Dispatched according to actual warehouse stocking and regional logistics schedules.
7. Returns & Refunds: If the primary order qualifying for the gift undergoes a full refund, the promotional gift must be returned together with the main order.
