About Referral Program

1. How does the BLUETTI Referral Program work?

The BLUETTI Referral Program lets you earn rewards by inviting friends, family, or colleagues to join the BLUETTI community. Both you (the referrer) and the person you refer (the referee) will earn rewards when the referral is successful.
How to refer:
- Log in to your BLUETTI account to get your unique referral link.
- Share your referral link with friends, family, or colleagues.
- When you friends sign up successfully, they'll receive a 8% discount coupon.
- When the referred friend places their first order within 30 days of signing up, you'll receive a 5% discount coupon.

2. Who is eligible to join the Referral Program?

Referrers: Must be a registered BLUETTI member and subscribed to our newsletter before referring.
Referees: Must be new users who have not previously registered at BLUETTI.

3. What is considered a successful referral?

A referral is considered successful when a new user, who does not have an existing BLUETTI account, signs up using your unique referral link.

4. What if my referral forgets to use my referral link?

To earn rewards, your friend must sign up using your unique referral link. If they forget, you will not be eligible for rewards.

5. How can I track my referral success?

You can track the progress of your referrals by logging into the BLUETTI Referral Program page. We will also notify you via email when your referred friend makes their first purchase within 30 days.

6. Will my referral link expire?

Your referral link will expire after 30 days. Be sure to stay updated and use the latest link to refer friends.

1. Can I refer friends in other regions?

The referral program is regional. For example, if you’re using the US site, your friend must also sign up on the US site, and any rewards or discounts will only apply to that region’s store.

2. Where can I share my referral link?

Share your link anywhere you like—via email, social media, or direct messaging.

3. Can I earn rewards if my friend makes multiple purchases?

No, rewards apply only to the first purchase made by each referred friend within 30 days of signing up.

4. Where can I see my referral rewards?

Check the "My Rewards" on the Referral and Bucks pages in your account.

5. Are there limits on referrals or rewards?

No. You can refer as many friends as you like!

6. What if I haven’t received my reward?

First, confirm the following:
a. Your friend used your referral link to sign up.
b. They didn’t have a BLUETTI account before.
c. It’s been at least 30 days since their first order was delivered.

If all requirements are met and you still haven’t received your reward, contact us at sale-au@bluettipower.com.

7. What if my friend has trouble signing up?

Ensure they haven’t previously registered with BLUETTI. Only new users are eligible for referral rewards.

8. Can my friend use multiple referral links?

No, each friend can only sign up with one referral link. However, your link can be shared with multiple friends, so spread the word!

Terms & Conditions

1. General Terms

By participating in the BLUETTI "Refer A Friend" Program, you are subject to BLUETTI’s Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, and these specific terms of this program.

2. Overview

The Referral Program allows BLUETTI members to earn rewards by inviting friends or family to join or make a purchase at BLUETTI.

3. Steps to Earn Rewards

a. Referrers access the referral page and log in to their BLUETTI account.
b. Share their unique referral link with friends or family.
c. Referees earn an 8% coupon upon successful signing up.
d. Referrers earn a 5% coupon when their referrals make a purchase within 30 days.

4. Eligibility

Referrers: Must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age in their jurisdiction) and registered as a BLUETTI member.

Referees: Must also be 18+ to qualify. Both parties must sign in to their BLUETTI accounts.

5. Referred Customer Requirements

a. A Referee must access BLUETTI through the Referrer’s unique referral link and not have a pre-existing BLUETTI account.
b. Self-referrals (e.g., using multiple emails) are prohibited.

6. Qualified Referral

A Qualified Referral occurs when a Referred Customer completes their first-time sign-up on the same regional BLUETTI website as the Referrer. Only the first successful sign-up counts.

7. Qualified Purchase Referral

A Qualified Purchase Referral is the Referee's first purchase made within 30 days of signing up, and no refund within 30 days of purchase. The transaction must also be within the same regional site as the Referrer.

8. Referrer Rewards

For each successful sign-up referral, Referrers a 5% coupon if the Referee makes first purchase within 30 days.

9. Referee Rewards

Upon signing up through a referral link, Referees receive an 8% discount coupon.

10. Use of Coupons

Coupons are only redeemable on the same regional BLUETTI site and cannot be converted to cash or bucks.

11. Reward Validity

Referral coupons are valid for 45 days.

12. Reward Display

Coupons for purchase referrals will appear in the "My Rewards" section after order delivery. Occasional delays may occur.

13. Referral Link Usage

Referral links must be shared by the Referrer only. Repeat or additional purchases by the same Referee are not eligible for further rewards.

14. Referral Link Restrictions

Referral links shared through unauthorized sources, such as third-party websites, will not qualify.

15. Shared IP or Device Policy

If the Referrer and Referee share an IP address or device, only the Referee may receive rewards. BLUETTI reserves the right to disqualify participants engaging in unfair practices.

16. Discount Limitations

Referral discounts cannot be combined with other BLUETTI offers or special sales.

17. Legal Compliance

Referrers must comply with all applicable laws, including, but not limited to, the Privacy Directive.

18. Anti-Spam Policy

Unsolicited sharing of referral links that may be considered spam is prohibited and may result in disqualification.

19. Disqualification for Misconduct

BLUETTI reserves the right to disqualify participants using improper means to participate in the program and may pursue legal action.

20. Account Termination

BLUETTI reserves the right to terminate accounts of Referrers or Referees who violate the Referral Program Terms.

21. Program Changes and Termination

BLUETTI reserves the right to terminate the Referral Program or modify the terms and conditions at any time. Unclaimed rewards will be forfeited if the program ends.
