Very happy with my purchase, bought one AC180 with 200W Solar Panel so impressed I bought a second AC180 very cheap price due to being Discontinued. Now I have a great home backup system with UPS for all my essential needs, fridge/freezer, TV and sound system, internet connection and much more.

Q1: Can I charge the B70 battery without the AC180T or multicooler?

Currently, no. But we're working on a stand-alone battery charger.
Q2:Does the battery have any outputs, such as a USB port?

Not now, but suggestions are welcome during crowdfunding.
Q3: Can I swap batteries while the AC180T is in use?

Yes, you can. But do not swap if your devices are drawing over 1,200W, as the AC180T's output is limited to 1,200W with a single battery.
Q4: Are there plans for AC180T models with one or four batteries?

Not now, but we're open to suggestions.
Q5: Can I take out the B70 battery when MultiCooler is connected to a power source?

Yes, but the MultiCooler can only be used with a solar panel if there is a battery inside it.
Q6: How the AC180T connect to the app?

Via Bluetooth.
Q7: How does the AC180T compare with AC180 in terms of performance?

Both have the same output, but AC180T provides more capacity (1,433.6Wh vs. 1,152Wh).
Q8: Is it possible to replace the built-in battery ?

A:

No. If the internal battery pack malfunctions, please contact BLUETTI Customer Service.
Q9: Why does a warning come up when using a diesel heating pump with the cigarette lighter port?

A:

The pump may require more initial power to start. Use a compatible adapter to start and run the pump with our AC outlets.
