  Yes, you can easily swap battery packs for continuous power use, and the system supports up to 4 batteries at once.

• Q2: Can I connect the B230 battery with AC300?

  A:

  No. AC300 is ONLY compatible with B300 and B300K.

• Q3: How many B300K batteries can I connect with AC300? Can I mix B300K/B300/B300S?

  A:

  The AC300 supports connecting with up to 4 B300 / B300K using the P090A cable.

  Note: The AC300 can mix and match with B300 and B300K. However, it cannot connect B300, B300K, and B300S batteries simultaneously.

• Q4: Does AC300 support remote App control?

  A:

  Yes. Connect via WiFi or Bluetooth, the BLUETTI App allows you to control the AC300+B300K remotely, like switching the working modes and upgrading the firmware.

• Q5: How to recharge AC300 rapidly?

  A:

  Recharge it with the wall outlet and solar panels at the same time, then you will get a maximum 5.400W input.

• Q6: Does AC300 have a UPS function?

  Yes. It supports 4 UPS modes:

  1. Standard UPS (Recommended for regions with unstable grid power supply)
  2. Time Control UPS (Charge the system during off-peak hours and power your loads when electricity prices are high)

  No, the AC300 has no built-in battery. Please use it with the B300 or B300K battery.

  Please note that the longer the cable, the greater the power loss in the solar input.

  A:

  Runtime = Capacity × DoD × η ÷ (load power + self-consumption)

  Note:

  1. DoD refers to the Depth of Discharge, η is the local inverter efficiency. DoD = 90%, η = 90%.

• Q14: What is the self-consumption of the AC300?

  A:

  When the AC300 is on standby, it's 20W with AC and DC off, and 50W with AC and DC on.

• Q15: How long does it take to fully charge the AC300+B300K?

  A:

  Charging time (estimated) = (total capacity / charging power) + trickle charge time

  The trickle charge time for BLUETTI power station is typically 0,5-1 hours.

• Q16: What is the Max. charging power of AC300?

  A:

  1. 3.000W Max. with 1* B300K (PV+AC)

  2. 5.400W Max. with 2* B300K or more (PV+AC)

• Q17: How many solar panels can I connect with AC300+B300K? How to connect them?

  A:

  AC300 supports dual MPPT, and each MPPT of AC300 accepts:

  • 1-6* SP120L
  • 1-5* MP200
  • 1-3* PV350 solar panels

  Series connecting is highly recommended for the best efficiency and durability.

• Q18: Can the solar input current exceed 15A?

  A:

  Yes, but the extra current will be wasted.

• Q19: Can the solar input power exceed 2.400W?

  A:

  Yes, however, please ensure the total voltage does not exceed 150V.

• Q20: Can I use third-party solar panels to charge AC300?

  A:

  Yes, as long as the solar panels meet the following conditions:

  1. Total Voc: 12V-150V
  2. Total power: 2.400W Max.
  3. With MC4 connectors

• Q21: Can I charge the system by connecting the expansion battery to solar panels or an adapter?

  A:

  Yes. However, in this case, the AC300 will not display the charging power.

• Q22: How to maintain and store the AC300+B300K?

  A:

  1. When the SoC drops to 5%, please charge the product immediately.
  2. Before storing the product, charge it to 60% SoC to keep it in optimal condition. In addition, power off the unit and disconnect all electrical connections from it.
  3. Store the product in a cool and dry place, keeping it away from flammable or combustible materials and gases.
  4. The power station can be safely stored within a temperature range of -20°C to 45°C (-4°F to 113°F). However, if the storage duration exceeds one month, it's recommended to maintain an ideal storage temperature of around 30°C (86°F).
  5. Fully cycle the product every 3 months to maintain the battery's health.

• Q23: Can I connect different types of solar panels to the AC300?

  A:

  Yes. AC300 features dual MPPT charge controllers. Please ensure the solar panels in each controller are consistent.

• Q24: What to consider when recharging the AC300+B300K from a generator?

  A:

  1. The generator's output voltage and frequency should fall within the range supported by the AC300.
  2. If your generator's output power can't meet the AC300's input specs, you can easily adjust the Maximum Grid Input Current via the app. This ensures your generator can still efficiently charge the AC300.
  3. Use a generator with sine wave output.

• Q25: Can I charge the AC300 from solar panels, a car, and AC power simultaneously?

  A:

  Yes.

• Q26: Can I charge the AC300 from a 12V/24V DC/DC charger, MPPT controller, or other solar controller?

  A:

  Yes. However, the Max. charging power is limited to 100W (12V) or 200W (24V). Please set the "DC input source" to "Others".

• Q27: Is AC300 waterproof?

  A:

  No, please use and store it in a cool and dry place.
