• Q1: How do I redeem BLUETTI Bucks for BLUETTI Lifestyle Products?

  In our BLUETTI Lifestyle Store , choose item and quantity, click “Redeem Now” to confirm the order, enter your shipping information, and then check out.

• Q2: Can I redeem multiple different BLUETTI Lifestyle Products in one order?

  No. You can only redeem the same type of product per order. At this time, you can redeem any number of the same type of product per order as long as it is in stock and you have enough BLUETTI Bucks.

• Q3: How can I track my BLUETTI Lifestyle Product order?

  You can track orders through your BLUETTI Account and with the tracking number provided in your “Order Shipped” email.

• Q4: Do I need to pay for the shipping fee?

  No. Free shipping for the AU.

• Q5: Can I cancel my BLUETTI Lifestyle Product order?

  No. But you can turn to our Customer Service for a return.

• Q6: What can I do if the arrived item is damaged or unsatisfactory?

  You have 30 days from the date of your redemption to report it to our Customer Service. If it complies with our Exchange and Return policy, you can exchange new one or get BLUETTI bucks back without returning the original items. Please note: apparel products chosen with the wrong sizes are not eligible for our 'Exchange and Return' policy.
